Brian Schachter
Brian Schachter, Esq. is a practicing plaintiff’s trial attorney in New York with extensive experience in all aspects of the litigation process, and a partner in the law firm of Schachter & Levine, LLP. He is also the co-founder of ESS Settlement Services, an affiliate of Sage Settlement Consulting. As a settlement consultant, Brian has brought together this wide range of credentials and experience to help injured people and their attorneys craft customized strategies and solutions in the settlement process.
Brian received his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1994, and began his private law practice in 1995. He has been published on the New York Law Journal Extra web site, and has lectured for the Brooklyn Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is an active member of National Structure Settlement Trade Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Randy Levine
Randy Levine is a former practicing plaintiff’s trial lawyer in New York. And a founding partner of ESS Settlement Services, an affiliate of Sage Settlement Consulting. Randy’s extensive experience as a trial attorney in a wide range of personal injury and medical malpractice cases offers a thorough understanding of all the issues faced by attorneys and their clients. Prior to forming Schachter & Levine, LLP, Randy was a senior litigator for a medical malpractice defense firm. As a result, he brings a unique perspective to the settlement and negotiation process, having worked for both plaintiffs and defense claims professionals.
Randy received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1994 and was honored to win the Nassau Academy of Law’s 1993 Moot Court Competition and a Certificate of Distinguished Merit. Randy has published and lectured with the Practicing Law Institute and with the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is an active member of National Structure Settlement Trade Association.
