Mediation Attendance

We will attend mediation and settlement conferences at no cost. As active trial attorneys, ESS consultants can offer pre-mediation/trial negotiation strategy sessions as well as our years of negotiation experience at the mediation or court conference.  We can be instrumental in advising the personal injury claimant concerning their options and in satisfying counsel’s obligation to educate the client regarding the numerous complex post settlement issues like Medicaid/SSI, Medicare/SSD, Medicare Set-Asides, Benefits Coordination, Lien resolution and all Trust services and Financial options.
